Particle sizing

The LED particle size measurement (2-D) has been compared with diffractive particle sizing method (2-D) and by true 3-D CT particle volume measurements in the Metrosion project. Good agreement of in-situ LED particle size measurements with CT particle size measurements performed by PTB was observed on volume basis using a correction factor found by CT.

Pyrooptic has the technology to perform particle size measurements of small and large particles in slow and fast moving flows. Rugged and compact instruments can be built for industrial use. Contact Pyrooptic for further information.
